Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ:
As we near the end of the spring season for the Wholeness Service—our community’s ministry of prayer and reconciliation—we find ourselves in a world full of conflict, injustice, and despair. What is our response?
We are Christ’s ambassadors who bring peace, work for justice, and offer hope; hope for peace and reconciliation with each other and with God. We are agents of grace.
Let us celebrate Jesus Christ risen and victorious.
Let us be always mindful of God’s presence.
May we continue to lift each other up in prayer. We pray for healing, resilience, grace in the face of adversity, joy, and gratitude. Reminded of God’s goodness and faithfulness, we pray for the reconciliation of the world and the peace only Jesus can bring.
Please join us at St. Joseph’s Episcopal Church in Salado on April 26 and at St. Philip’s United Methodist Church in Round Rock on May 3, both at 6:30 PM. We look forward to seeing you there.
