On November 13, 2020 when my spine doctor advised me that I needed a serious spine surgery, the Holy Spirit comforted me with Psalm 27:13-14 “I believe that I shall see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord! (NRSV). I explored what this goodness looks like in the light of Psalm 23, and I was surprised and encouraged by what I found. I had surgery December 7, and the Scripture was lived out in my life for the next 15 days that I spent in St. David’s Hospitals. Come and hear my testimony to God’s goodness shared through our lives.
